Wild Hare Events is owned and run by Polly and Graham.

Polly is the driving force behind Wild Hare Events, her background in Business Management gives her the right skill set to manage all the essential business operations. However it’s her commitment to speedy communication, proactive thinking and a genuine desire to see each and every guest have a memorable experience that brings a personal touch. Oh, and she still loves standing in a sunny field smashing up tents!

Graham’s background as a Maths Teacher and Headteacher has given him many transferrable skills when it comes to running Wild Hare Events. With responsibility for crew and build programmes, stock, transport and event planning, as well as a million other ‘behind the scenes’ roles, he is truly passionate about delivering the best service each and every time.

Last, but definitely not least, our amazing crew – we simply couldn’t do this without them. They genuinely are the most committed, hardworking and loveable people we’ve ever had the pleasure to work with.

I am the owner of Red Rooster festival and have used Wild Hare Events for our boutique camping since the inception of the festival. I have found the team to be extremely professional with a can-do attitude in relation to providing services. Their unique lotus tents are always pitched on time and as the tents are very attractive they add to the feel of the festival.  

When I talk to our customers who take the lotus tents they are full of praise on the amenities they provide in that the tents are warm in the cold, cool in the heat, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the added extras help to make the whole experience special.  

As a regular at many festivals such as Glastonbury, Secret Garden Party, Boomtown, Wilderness and Bestival, I personally use Wild Hare’s lotus tents wherever possible.
